I realize I have 4 pass days, but my ahillies needs more rest than that. I'm not able to exercise. Of course I'll continue the other two tasks, as per usual.

My Achilles feels SO much better after just one rest day! Who knew my little walks were aggravating it so much. I should be ready to go for next month's challenge!

Pass day #2 I'm out. My Achillies has been rather sore for 7 days so I saw the doc about it and the result is that I need to rest it. My bike needs a tuneup so I guess this challenge is done for me because of exercise.

I want to lose min. 80lbs this year. I've had weight loss success, but this year I'm adding more activity. It's nice to get a "like" on a post or accomplishment - more friends = more likes! I'm all in!
