  • I get this as well, but pretty much all the time although i find it worsens if I'm in a particularly hard week of training. I have fainted a twice from it and often my vision goes black and i have to hold on to something . I have been to the doctor about it but he said its just extreme low blood pressure and since I'm an…
  • yay add me as well! 5'2" and 134!
  • I do this so much! I will get to the afternoon and look at my count and think ahh thats not enough for dinner and then go for a run so i can eat more. i reckon its a good motivation to make me exercise more
  • Sure am! it kinda helps i live in new zealand about 15mins from the stadium. you wont believe how much our effort our countries gone into the world cup, i mean even the schools have changed their terms so they dont have classes during the games!
  • no unfortunately you cant unless you happen to have a heated room in your house haha. but if you like yoga you should try find a hot yoga studio near you as it combines yoga in a heated room to make it a workout as well and your way more flexible when your heated up. warning though you will sweat like anything!

  • a handful of kettlecorn popcorn is awesome and fills you up way more then you would think!
  • A real good main set that pushes you and doesn't seem as far as it is 3x100@1.35 2x100@1.30 1x100@1.25 you can do that 1,2 or 3 times through or after that first set follow up with... 2x100@1.35 2x100@1.30 2x100@1.25 then 1x100@1.35 2x100@1.30 3x100@1.25 obviously adapting the set is easy and the times or distances can…
  • Im an open water swimmer based in NZ so the climate lets me occasionally swim in the sea for my trainings but the best thing i ever brought was a swim mp3 player, they-re pretty cheap and really helped me get through some long sessions! although you dont want to rely on them as otherwise you start losing your technique
  • Hi, cool to hear you used to swim! Im a competitive swimmer (still trucking along) from New Zealand and havent found any swimmers/ex swimmers on here yet. Only 19 but started competing at 6 so been competing for the last 13 years. do you miss it much or was it a happy retirement? =)
  • What time do you work out? That makes a difference for me. If it's 5:30 a.m. or 6:00 p.m. [/quote] hey i work out at 4 so i try eat about half an hour before training so im not hungry at the start. Also the idea of egg whites sounds really good thanks!!
