This is a great post. It has reminded me of all the reasons I started too. I didnt write myself a letter but I did make a list of things I couldnt do because of my weight and how it made me feel. Just little things like going out shopping for a party dress at christmas. All my fit friends found it exciting but I just found…

Some people are so rude and insensitive. :angry: Who are they to say those things grrrrr Just keep your end goal in mind, you are doing great. They really dont seem like they are worth the time of day and certainly not worth YOUR time. Good luck and keep doing what your doing :flowerforyou:
