It's a healthy fat, go for it! Try to eat it as natural as you can, it will cut down on sodium w/o the added salt. Best of luck!

You seem to be receiving great advice but I would also add to stay hydrated! You should be drinking at least a gallon of water a day in small sips. Also adding fruit to your diet will give you energy. Best of luck!

You might want to switch up your exercise and try switching up your ratio of protein/carbs.
