Fat % Macro

Hello. I'm thinking I figured out my problem but if I eat within my calories but I'm over on my fat %, would that contribute to my not losing? example today I'm at 38% instead of 30% but I still have 600 calories to eat.

    But did you reach gram limit? It might be just off balance from the meals you have in the beginning of the day.

    Nope. Fat doesn't make you fat. I'm over on fat all the time - it's just going over your calories that causes you to gain.
