I say "Yay". I have IBS and probiotics are the only way I can stay off of prescription medicine. They really help me with my stomach issues.

Like you, I'm a huge beer fan as well...especially microbrews and craft beers. I lost 20 lbs last year and have kept the weight off despite the weekend alcohol comsumption b/c I do log the beer into my calorie count for the day. One of the folks that posted to your thread stated beer is "nectar of the gods". Amen brother.…

You really do. I can do about 3 miles on the dreadmill...then I am bored out of my mind. I am lucky I live in FL and don't have to use the dreadmill that often - I can run outside most of the time.

Felt good to run today. Due to a family emergency, I hadn't been able to get out and run for 6 days. I am probably not going to make the 100 mile goal this month, and I am OK with that. I am going to do what I can do and have fun trying :) Thanks for keeping track of us - LOove the spreadsheet!
