    3.1 miles today - in 25:44, walked for a minute during last mile (wish I didn't, but was not sure what to do with a cramped leg).

    Hope everyone's had a better week than I have had, only got down 9 miles before catching a stupid stomach bug:grumble:

    I have decided next week will be better, in fact, next week will be awesome. I've written it down now, that means it must happen:smile:

    Yet again...my tendonitis in my left foot put me behind. This time around I took a true week off though. No easy runs, no high impact and my run today felt great. So again, probably won't make the goal simply because I put resting before pushing it too hard. I am determined to run my marathon in May so I would rather take a week off than have to say no to running altogether. I am also looking into getting a massage specifically for my feet and lower legs because I think my muscles need some TLC!

    Congrats to all who are meeting their goal!!

    Resting tomorrow, tackling 10 miles on Tuesday to continue my half marathon training. The ten mils are supposed to be tomorrow but the weather is supposed to be bad. So I will rest instead and run Tuesday!!!
