Today is March 20, I ran 4.33 miles this morning. Hope you get this in OK>0

3.5 miles today on a slightly hilly course that I have not until today been able to complete without walking!! Super happy and feel GREAT!. foot felt good and steady!

Oh no, sheepiegail. Hope you're ok. My dog was attacked a couple of weeks ago and had to be stitched up. Aggressive dogs should be kept on leads, grrr. :explode:

That really sucks!! There is so much to watch out for while running, cars, people, dogs, psychopaths. I've stopped wearing my ipod while running which doesn't make me happy, but I do feel safer. Get well!

3/22- I got 5 miles in this morning as soon as it was light enough outside. I felt great and would have run more, but my daughter came out and screamed, "Mom! I think there's something wrong with your fish! She's swimming sideways!"
(FYI: My fish is 15+ year old Oscar who frequently eats her "friends" and I'm rather fond of her.... She seems fine, but I did a partial water change, just in case.)
