  • ohmygosh yes. Every time I increase fiber in my diet it is almost unbearable. But as I continue, it evens out and eventually my body gets used to it. Only if I keep it up though.
  • This is great. Thanks for sharing!
  • Well, I just got back from Miss Ohio, so I wasn't at my place at all for 2 weeks and had NOTHING fresh in the house... I worked today and then went to the gym straight after and found myself famished! So I stopped by the grocery store and bought: - Chobani greek yogurt -strawberries -blueberries -grapes -coffee -creamer…
  • Fiber, Fiber Fiber. You have to eat filling foods that are super low cal or it is literally impossible to keep this up. Also, learn to love hot beverages: tea, coffee, etc. I make low cal smoothie drinks as well and drink water like a maniac. If you can just stick with it, your stomach will eventually shrink and you won't…
  • I am having the same problem. I am competing for Miss Ohio in a week and I am also a full time college student, in addition to working part time as a server. I had to drop 15 pounds in a month and I have only lost ten so I'm having to work out too much and eat too little to make it happen...but I have finals this week and…
  • There are days that I drink my calories. For instance, I had a lot of liquid beverages today (coffee, a smoothie, tea). and I have plans to go out on Thursday and get a martini. I will be aware of my calorie intake and exercise and plan accordingly, but I will still lose if my cals are in the defecit! As long as you are…
  • Columbus :)
  • First of all, I never let myself get too hungry, because it makes me prone to binging. Secondly, in the last three weeks I have increased my liquid intake and my hunger has DRAMATICALLY decreased. Because I drink coffee, tea, flavored water and carbonated water all day, by the time I eat, I only eat until I'm full.…
  • This is an interesting question. My top 5 most frequent foods on mfp are: 1. Coffee- brewed from grounds 2. Skim Milk 3. Baby Spinach leaves 4. Medium Strawberries 5. Coffeemate sugar free hazelnut creamer I haven't had sugar free hazelnut creamer in a week or so, I switched to skinny caramel macchiato lol.
  • Lately I have been having really intense workouts with a trainer and on my own, and I have found a huge difference in my energy level and ability to complete the workouts depending on the quality of foods I eat. This post is legit!
  • I will add you doll :) we can be diet buddies together!
  • I basically have been doing the same thing for the last few weeks and have lost 7 pounds so far....I am trying to fit into a swimsuit for a pageant though. Eventually you and I will both burn out and be unable to handle how isolating it is to not enjoy dinner with others.
  • By far the best discovery I have made since starting this diet is greek yogurt. I literally use it in everything. 1 cup of fat free greek yogurt has 23 grams of protein...that is just as good as eating an entire salmon filet. Mix it up in smoothies or dice up some berries on top and drizzle with agave nectar or honey.…
  • I'm on 1200 calories a day. I have a tendency to fudge a bit on weekends and not eat 1200, but during the week I am really strict and work out like a beast. I have lost about 7 pounds in the last 3 weeks :)
  • using stevia instead of real sugar. eggwhites instead of egg yolks. watching the "bready" carb intake in the evening. Being aware that liquid calories still count and can add up! (Such as with alcohol.) Preparing for a meal at a restaurant (looking up the menu online, working out to compensate for something you want to…
  • Wow! you look so healthy! Great job :)
  • So I wanted to let everyone know what I decided to do: I made Skinny Margaritas and chicken fajitas wrapped in romaine lettuce leaves. So legit. So delicious. Still a 400 calorie meal, but with virtually no fat!
  • Sounds Amazing, considering I have an ice cream obsession... :)
