I started out on Jan 17,2011 weighing at my heaviest of 282lbs. Now at 247lbs I am finally starting to notice a difference in my face.

    Awesome! I think its harder for us to see it in ourselves because we see ourselves every single day - haha. But seriously - I can tell a HUGE difference!! GREAT work - congrats!!

    Thanks all. It has been hard, but well worth it. I don't get as tired anymore with my kids. Can hardly wait until I can see what another 40 down does for me.
