Working out on a schedule...

I have a really crazy schedule. I am up at 5 am and work 7-11 am and then am back at work at 3 pm til 11pm. I go to the gym in the middle of my shifts. The problem is that I stay very tired and when I am tired I want to eat. How do you maintain a healthy workout and eating schedule when your personal schedule is so erratic? Help?

    I am having the same problem. I am competing for Miss Ohio in a week and I am also a full time college student, in addition to working part time as a server.
    I had to drop 15 pounds in a month and I have only lost ten so I'm having to work out too much and eat too little to make it happen...but I have finals this week and next!

    I know this isn't the most legit advice, but try to make the most of your calories in terms of high fiber, nutrient dense stuff.
    And when that fails...drink coffee or tea and try to get 8 hours of sleep.

    But if you happen to look at my journal...you may realize i don't practice what i preach lol.
