I also use ice lol Just add whatever fresh or frozen fruit non-fat organic yogurt and ice and that's pretty much it.

You have to add more calories. You shouldn't eat under 1200 calories a day, and if you're working out you should be eating your exercise calories as well. If you do a search on the site there are a few post on here that explains the science behind it. :) good luck

When you drastically cut your calories down you will lose the weight. But that’s only in the beginning… You’re pretty much setting your body up for starvation mode and you will actually stop losing weight all together. Your calorie intake should be no less than 1200.
