  • I think im gonna restart tomorrow. i noticed that im exhausted and when i was working out I had a good amount of energy so yea....tomorrow is my plan to restart JM 30DS
  • I hate to say it but i gained too and i quit! Its a mental thing for me so i feel like id rather get to my goal weight then tone up so that the weight thing dont psych me out! Yea im lame but i only have 25lbs to lose so im not to worried about sagging skin or anything! Grrrr.... Good Luck!
  • Have you tried laughing cow cheese wedges??? You can get wheat thins fiber selects (garden vegetable) and light creamy swiss cheese and it tastes like a cheese ball to me :)

  • Today is L1D5. I love it bc its not to lengthy altho if u like long workouts you can work up to doing all 3 levels at once! I took before pics as well and will take afters when 30 days is up. Doing 10 days at a time! :) Its worth the $10! Good Luck
  • I have zumba for the wii but i just cant seem to get into it! I feel like Im doing everything wrong (and what good is working out if ur doing it wrong). Id rather do just dance :)
  • I agree on the jumping jacks then jump ropes together! Calves burn like crazy!!!! Total OUCHY!!! lol. I personally have a hard time with breathing and i feel like im not doing any of the crunches right. Anybody else???

  • Day 1 completed! Hardest part for me is doing all the arms. They get so heavy after so many reps!!! Ugh! Not as bad as i expected tho :)
