I've been on MFP for a while. I've lost 25 pounds and am looking to lose 25 more. Funny I should come across your post as I was just looking at my friends list and realizing not very many of them are active anymore! I'll send a FR now :)

I'm not doing a "eating plan" but I have found that if I spread my calories out equally over the course of the day I feel so much better. More importantly, I feel satisfied, no hunger pains.

I am new to P90x, day 11. Extra support would be great. These workouts are killing me, in a good way of course :)

I'm on day 11 of P90x. Weight is dropping right off...crazy hard workouts. If you want to friend me for extra support that would be great.

I'm on day 11 of P90x...I'm down 6 pounds, it's crazy! And I mean both the weight loss AND the workout. I can't do all of the moves because I have past injuries to my left ankle and knees BUT "I do my best"

I'm 5'8, my goal is 160 for now though according to the "charts" I should be in the 140s. I don't care so much about the numbers as I do about how I feel.

Why focus on the "whole pie" so to speak? You have lost 10 FREAKING POUNDS! Great job. Was it easy-peazy-lemon-squeezy to do? Probably not. Break your long term goal into smaller short term goals so that you can celebrate along the way. You didn't gain the weight overnight and you will not lose it overnight. Accept the…

I agree with the previous posts. Changing your lifestyle is a huge and at times seemingly impossible task. If you add a partner that is not "in it to win it" with you...not good. Wishing you the very best of luck!

I set up an agreement with a friend that everyday I must send her a text message saying that I have completed my workout. Just another way to be accountable.

I so know your pain. Same thing has happened to me. I just started on the 27th. No worries, the best part is that you know how to get the weight back off and you started! :) Good Luck!
