Hello! I’m 51 & looking for the support of other women who might be going or have gone through some of the same changes as I am - “fat , hormones & muscle loss , oh my!”

It’s never been easy for me to control my weight but now?!?! I don’t even know what to do - my body is like a runaway car and I’m behind the useless controls ...
