after successfully losing 60 pounds a few years back I have found myself putting it back on again, luckily realised this before i put it all back on - but have 20 pounds to lose this time ! wish me luck!

    I so know your pain. Same thing has happened to me. I just started on the 27th. No worries, the best part is that you know how to get the weight back off and you started! :) Good Luck!
