Get checked so you can find out if you over/under pronate so that you get the right shoes. Check their sales and clearances. Do not buy junk shoes, sale is fine but if original price is under $40 they are junk.

you earned the peanut butter cups eat them... but FYI the types matter for weight loss. I went on an all raw food diet (fruits, veggies, seeds and nuts and raw almond butter) I ate EVERYTHING I wanted, and it added up to 2500 calories a day at least and I lost like 2 lbs a day for over a week.

I have same issue, but if I drink anything after dinner its like 3 or 4 times at night. so drink more water earlier in the day :)

i was eating all of mine... I exercise 6 days a week and burn between 350-1200 depending what i do. But I am not losing much so i am going to start leaving some uneaten. The problem is the calories burned is only an estimate and it can be off! So leaving a cushion can't hurt

You MUST eat 1200 a day as a woman at minimum. If you are hungry, eat them. My opinion you should eat at least half of them back to give your body the fuel needed.

I guess the answer here depends on what your calories a day are to begin with. I only get 1200. If I do kickboxing, which I do twice a week, I burn over 600 calories. My body would shut down without the extra calories. The point is to build muscle and you will break down your muscle if you work your body and don't feed it.…

You should drink 8 cups of water a day... a cup is 8 ounces. Add in a couple extra if you are exercising. so, at the very least 8-10.

You burn more calories running 3 miles in 33 minutes than you do running 3 miles in 27 minutes... so I suggest running farther since you are running faster.
