Wow sorry to hear that. I hope you recover quickly. Maybe you can do some smoothies with fruit and yogurt or protein shakes, with banana and some of that ,PB2 powdered peanut butter added in. Sorry I may not be much help. For some salty things maybe creamy soups or broth

One thing that got me started on this site is that 2 of boys had a recent check-up and the doctor told me they were both considered obese, I knew they were husky boys but when they started being labelled as obese and talking about high cholesterol for a 8 and 11 year old its an eye opener. Hello, hopefully it was just your meds. A lot of anxiety/ anti-depressants can cause weight gain or just plain make you tired and drowsy. Glad to hear you have been off them and I hope you don't have to go back on them( don't want them getting in the way of your weight loss) . Add me if you like. I am new here

You look about 135 ish. I don't see where you could lose 35lbs from. You look great to me. Maybe 10lbs but any more than that may be too much. At least what I can see from the pictures. As far as% of fat, not really sure.
