I find that it really helps with cramping, my mood, and back aches. I take it easy and just focus on moving and stretching, so it's worth a try to do something light.

Depending on how much I was over on my bad day sometimes I try to shave an extra hundred calories off each day for the rest of the week to balance it out. Great I idea, I'm going to try this!

I have the same problem, I'm going to move it to my bathroom on the ground floor. That way I have to walk down two flights of scales to get to it. Weighing daily several times a day is discouraging and I just can't seem to resist the urge to step on it when I'm in there. I suggest moving it out of your main bathroom.

I have to plan every meal. So I in the morning I log my breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Because my days are long and I tend to do my exercise in the evening, I log dinner and exercise at night. When I plan my meals and exercise ahead of time it helps me be more accounting to myself.

Night time snacking is a BIG issue for me. A male coworker told me he lost 10 pounds in month by only cutting off all eating at 7pm every night. I curious to see if it will work for me. My cut off time will be 8pm.
