You look amazing! Your hard work paid off for sure.

That probably would have been useful if you went shopping today. You would have cleared the stores and been able to get in on the good deals.

What a difference, you look amazing!

A devilish grin, nice teeth, strong arms, full lips, confident attitude, but not arrogant, passionate. A wicked sense of humor always gets me too. A nice, clean scent when you are up close, not strong cologne which I hate. Its so sexy when a man looks at you and makes you feel like you are the only one in the room. I could…

I need to do this!

All of you look great. Very inspiring!

Congratulations, you look great and I'm sure you feel incredible! Great motivation.

My husband is 12 years younger, but we suprisingly have a lot in common and most importantly the same sense of humor. Helps you get through life's challenges. I'm 46 and he's 34. When I was dating I also had dated older. I probably wouldn't date too much further than 12 years either way. If I'm talking about something I…

You look great! Congratulations, your dedication and hard work has paid off.

You look awesome! You have transformed yourself into an athlete in a relatively short period of time. Well done.

If I didn't have to worry about the expense, I like San Diego too. Other options would be Big Sur or Monterrey, CA.

Last night I decided to add an extra workout to my regular routine and threw in a dvd for an ab workout that I had done in past. I did it last night and noticed how much easier it was than in the past. My abs are now so much stronger than they were just a couple of months ago. I can get through all the exercises without…

Great job! Keep it up and you will reach your goals in no time.

Beginning in January, I lost my first 18 without exercising. I was healing from a broken ankle. When I was able to I started doing 30 minute light workouts and reached 27 lbs lost. As my fitness grew I wanted the challenge of a good workout and completed a round of Insanity and just started lifting. Now I'm down 41 lbs. As…

Lol, I must be a perv for clicking on this. My curiosity was killing me!

Congratulations and you can do anything you set your mind too. Go for it!

You look great! Congrats on keeping your eye on the prize.

You should be very proud of your hard work! What a great day to have someone notice. Kudos.

Your Dad sounds like a wonderful man. I haven't been down that road yet, but wanted to send love and prayers your way. You are a strong, beautiful lady. One the right time comes you will be running the boardwalk again and your father will be right by your side.

I'm already bunkered down in my prepper shelter which I can't disclose the location of. 8)

Congratulations! So happy for you. Your hard work has paid off in the best way possible. I'm sure your success will help many others and give hope.

You did so well! Congrats on the loss and run. I bet your girl is proud of her Mama.

I like to add some vanilla flavored yogurt, slivered almonds, shredded coconut and some cinnamon. Sometimes I add some peanut butter.

Maybe I will feel that way in a couple of weeks when I complete my little 5k. Not much, I know, but for me it is!

I had Plantar Fasciitus before. Not sure if that is what you have, but I too had foot pain so bad it made me limp. With some stretching and good orthotics the pain has gone away.

I workout at home in my bedroom. On my last week of my first round of Insanity. Before that I was doing a mix of other dvd workouts. Gyms, even when they are close, have never worked for me. In the mornings, I found I have to take all my things with me to get ready for work after my workout or in the evening after work its…
