    Doesn't look like a huge difference but 1st pic was in June, all fat zero muscle. 2nd pic is today...all muscle and hardly any fat! 14lbs lost. Good luck to you!! :)

    Oh my gosh you have all done so brilliantly!!! I have two young children, my husband works away and I work full time so have been really struggling with getting any time to exercise. My parents also work full time so baby sitters are scarce. I have just bought a treadmill and today is Day 1 of shifting some weight! You are all so inspirational and I think I will take a swim suit pic tonight so that I can perhaps post in a thread like this in the future. X

    I am going to take my before pic tonight. I have a bathing suit that my sister made me buy even though I thought it didn't look great - I've wore it once and was so self conscious! I will put it on and see what it's like in a few months - maybe I will be Summer ready this year!

    I am working on my skinny fat at the moment and am wondering what you did to change your body.
    My routine is: aquafit x 3, Zumba x 2, stationary rowing x 3 (20min).
    What should I add to it?

    Wow, so amazing. I've been scouring before and after pics, but nobody has a similar body before, lol. I want an idea what I might look like. But I have set a goal to keep it up for 90 days before I decide to quit. I'm not patient at all lol. But this body isn't going to build itself. I can't wait to take after pics!

    That must be the after swim suit because that is the same exact one I bought when i lost my first twenty pounds and went to the Bahamas early this year. You look great congrats!

    About 220 lbs to 120 lbs so this is about 100 lbs lost but my biggest was 250 and I wouldn't dare wear a bathing suit.
