I use a heart rate monitor....then save it in the cardio portion of the database. If the calories I burn change, I re-enter the correct amount for that day.... I hope this helps! :happy:

There are so many reasons why people are overweight...it certainly just isn't physiological for all people...sheesh... I think OP should keep an open mind and make sure she reads additional research on the topic.
