    I am ready for tomorrow....I hope you are too. Gary asked those who wish to take a picture tomorrow and again at the end of the month. There might me a prize for the best transformation. Perso I won't participate since it probably won't make that much a difference. I just want to lose 4 pounds. but if you wish, just send me your before picture.

    Hi guys!

    Nice to meet everyone!

    I'm Renee.
    I'm 41 and a mom of 2, a 17 year old boy and an (almost) 11 year old girl.
    I work fulltime, and am enrolled in school in the fall....I need a specific course to apply for my Masters...it's a boring one, but has to be done!
    I'm Canadian and I live in Newfoundland.....is anyone else here from Canada?

    I am on day 13 of the 17 day diet (love it), cycle 1.
    So far I have lost 10 lbs. It will slow down a bit now though so I have listed my goal as 10lbs for the month of August - fingers crossed!

    Good morning junkies. Today is the day. Day 1 Exercise Challenge - 100 Jumping Jacks. You do not have to do them all at the same time, just as long as it is done today. You can modify if you have to, just do your best. As soon as it is done just send me a email or write it in our tread. Love you all and let's have fun.

    First of all thank you Effervescent17 for making the banners! They are super cute!

    I sent yanicka a message yesterday since I couldn't get to my computer, but I thought I'd go ahead and post my goals here today!
    CW is 186
    GW is 176 at the end of this challenge

    I want to try to work super hard to get to 170 by 9-13. That's my 31st birthday and I would like to be able to fit into some of my old clothes by then.

    To introduce myself, I live in Arkansas, I have four kids (11,9,7,5), I am ready for school to start-both for me and for the kids, I miss being in shape and being able to wear anything and everything!

    I'm pumped about this challenge....not looking forward to the jumping jacks today though, since I've had four kids anything to do with jumping isn't so good on my bladder!

    Done with my jumping jacks! I broke it up...50 before the treadmill & 50 after. Feeling good! :)
