    Daily exercise challenge:....3 sets of 21's, 2 sets of swimmers, 0crunches- 560 total for the week, 6 miles- 24 miles total for the week, 60 minutes exercise. I am having trouble doing all this jumping everyday. Sorry I am not doing a better job for the team.

    Team. I apologize. I have been a horrible team mate over the past couple of days and I have not been logging my food all that well and I haven't really been exercising. I'm not making excuses right now other than I just haven't really been working out.

    But, I have been really good about my water everyday this month and I have had 64 oz+ of water (I've stopped counting after 64 lately).
    & Although I have't finished logging and backtracking my food diary I am pretty darn sure that since last Friday, I have been under my calorie goal. If I find that I haven't I will message and update.
    As for the exercises, I haven't done them yet this week, but if I understand correctly, then as of last night I should have 7 miles to contribute so far.
    I am sorry I've let you down, but I will make up for it all until the end of this challenge for sure! I want to hit my 10# lost mark from my starting weight from starting this website by the end of this month if it kills me!lol

    hello junkies, i know i not been checked in since last thursday....went out of town to visit family & my diet & exercise went to hell!

    no excuses....i simply did not make it a priority. i apoligize for not contributing to the team's weekly points.

    i did do some extra jj last week, as well as crunches. total was 180 jj & 200 crunches

    i will start logging again tomorrow & finish what I started!

    Sorry I haven't been logging in much. My schedule has been crazy and I was without internet a few days last week! I enjoyed the August challenge with all you guys this month! I hope everybody met their goal.

    I weighed on Sunday 8/28 and was at 178. I weighed for my final weigh in today and was at 176! I lost my 10 pounds. I was hoping for 11, but I'm happy with 10!
