Recipe name Low Calorie Chocolate Pie
Number of servings 8
Ingredients
1. Keebler - Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crust, 1 crust
2. Jell-O - Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Chocolate Pudding - Dry Mix, 1 package
3. Milk - Nonfat (fat free or skim), 1.5 cup
4. Kraft - Fat Free Cool Whip, 1 container (50 tbsp.s ea.)

Mix pudding with milk. Then add 1/2 the Cool Whip. Beat with mixer or by hand until smooth. Pour into crust. Spread the rest of the Cool Whip on top. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.

Cherry Tomato Corn Salad
Ingredients
1/4 cup minced fresh basil
3 tablespoons olive oil (I don't use this)
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt (I don't use this either)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups frozen corn, thawed (I use canned)
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber
Directions
1.In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the basil, oil, lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper; shake well. In a large bowl, combine the corn, tomatoes and cucumber. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.

This is one of my fav veggie side dishes. I made it 10 years ago when I did south beach & have continued making it since!
Oven Roasted Vegetables
•1 medium zucchini, cut into bite-size pieces
•1 medium yellow summer squash, cut into bite-size pieces
•1 medium red bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
•1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
•1 pound fresh asparagus, cut into bite-size pieces
•1 red onion, chopped
•3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
•1 tsp salt
•1/2 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Cut zucchini, summer squash, red pepper, yellow pepper and asparagus into bite-size pieces.
Put all vegetables in a large bowl and toss with the oil, salt and black pepper.
Spread in a single layer in roasting pan
Roast for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are lightly browned and tender.

WELL ITS ON LIKE ROBOT DONKEY KONG! Yeah I'm up for your challenge Cheerleader Dancer Girl! I'm wondering if there is anyone else out there that can compete with the MACHINES on Weapons of Mass Reduction. (*****This is additional do not email me saying you can't do it******) ADDITIONAL WEEKLY CHALLENGE! For every teammate that will commit to 1000 crunches this week I will award 10 extra points per person to that team! This could be a big point spread folks.
