    Good morning junkies!!!!

    Day 2 Exercise Challenge – Walk, Run or Jog 1 Mile (extra).

    Drink 64oz of water, log your food and stay under your calorie count (but not too much!!!! You do not want me to get on your case because you are not eating enought!!!!! LOL) I Need an update from kiminita, Jpickeri and Mohooper32. If for any reason you do not wish to be part of the team anymore, please let me know.

    Perspo, I will run 4 miles at lunch time, it's 1 more mile then usual.

    I was asked to post every challenge this week

    Each team member that completes their daily exercise challenge receives one point, if all team
    members complete each daily exercise for all 6 days the team is then awarded an additional 5 Bonus
    Points.
    Day 1 Exercise Challenge - 100 Jumping Jacks*
    Day 2 Exercise Challenge – Walk, Run or Jog 1 Mile (extra)
    Day 3 Exercise Challenge – 50 Situps or Ab Crunches*
    Day 4 Exercise Challenge – 40 UP and Downs *
    Day 5 Exercise Challenge – 25 Pushups *
    Day 6 Exercise Challenge – 25 Squat Lunges*
    Day 7 Rest! You deserve it!

    I might not be under my calorie goal today because it's my birthday and I'm going out to dinner with my family to the Cheesecake Factory! The good thing is that I'm going to look up the calories beforehand and pick my meal out before I go so I know how many calories are in it. Can't wait to run that extra mile today. GO TEAM!
