  • This has been a hard week for me since Aunt Flow came to visit. The workouts seem harder, sweet and salty cravings. I hope next week is better.

  • This was the workout I questioned if I was insane for doing this. This day was hard. I really had to dig deep to get through. Can't wait to get week one down.

  • I am 38 and RN. Just move to the area 1 month ago. I have 3 children; the youngest is 4. I had the same procedure 12/5/2011. Let me know if you have any questions. Still trying to figure out Winston.

  • Sometimes I close my eyes so I don't see the people in the video. That way I can stick to my own pace. Your pace is the only one that counts. Hang in there.
  • I too was dripping in sweat. My daughter kept yelling, "You can do it mommy! " That made me push harder. MFP is also making this fun to keep pushing.

  • I am 5'5" as well and my bmr is aprox 1500. I plan to keep cal around 1400 and 1600 max. I am going try to keep my eating as clean as possible. I want to drop aprox 20lbs by my birthday Aug 4.
