Jillian Michael's Whey Protein shake mix has helped me! I drink 1 scoop with 8 oz almond milk after. Also, I did pull my shoulder muscle a little, but it only hurt for about a day, and I'm great now.

I'm also 5'7" and 24. Back in '08 I was told my ideal weight was 145 by my Dr when I was diagnosed pre-diabetic.

Everyday for the next 30 days. 30 Day Shred + 1 Mile Run + Wii with the kids/cleaning/walks I usually burn 800-900 calories in a day with that, so it works for now :)

Very do-able IF you work HARD. Also, you have to expect a week when you don't lose, even if you've been amazing. Getting close to your goal shouldn't be a problem. I would make your goal at least 1/2 of what you want to finally reach, because unrealistic goals become overwhelming & won't work.

Yeah, I noticed that quickly too. I do the 30 Day Shred & put calisthenics as the workout, because it fits! Hope that helps :)

I know 5 people that have done HCG, all gained their weight back plus some when they came off of it. Personally, I think a lifestyle change is the only way to lose weight.. there are no quick fixes.

Yes, actually! I've lost 90 lbs eating sweets in moderation, but I'm sugar intolerant & I get very sick when I eat it. So, it really sucks because I just can't have it! I'm just hoping the next few days it will pass since it is just a withdrawal. I've just never felt this irritable over taking other things out of my diet…

I've been doing WW for a loooong time now (but not to lose all 90 lbs I've lost) and I have this annoying friend who just joined and texts me with EVERYTHING like "what is a good example of meals" "how many points are eggs, wheat toast & skim milk" ... Seriously?! I'm trying to do this myself, I don't need to be counting…

This is so confusing to me! So for example.. my goal is 1200 calories. I've eaten 781, burned 785 so my net is -4. Now that ISN'T good? Should I be shoving 1204 calories down my throat by the end of the day?

I've noticed when I don't drink enough I retain water! So try drinking MORE water. With it being summer and all (not sure where you're from) you need a lot more water anyway :)
