CHALLENGE BEGINS TOMORROW!!!

Hey everyone just a quick recap of the 12/n/30 tomorrow :D

Rules (must be completed EVERYDAY!!!!)

[ ]Cardio- 2-4 mi [how you do it is up to you, bike, elliptical, treadmill, run outside...walk etc]

[ ] 200 Crunches

[ ] 50 squats

[ ] 30 push ups

INTAKE

[ ] Under 1400/1500 cals

[ ] No alcohol

[ ] No red meat

[ ] nothing fried or too sweet

[ ] No eating after 8PM

*** if TOM hits...don't sweat a 1-2 day cheat :D ***

It'd be wise to print a daily guide for you to stay on track.

Anyways, I'm excited to begin this tomorrow!!!! I hope you all are too!!!!
