Finally, after 4 weeks off, I'm getting back at it! Still can't get rid of this cough, but I can't stand not doing anything. No running for me, just walking, but sheesh, it's better than nothing! :/ Sunday, 9/30 = 3.5 miles walking

Finally getting over this cold. Hoping to get at least some walking in next week! I so miss my runs. :(

9/4 1 mile walking =10 total 9/5 1 mile walking =11 total 9/6 1 mile running 3 miles walking =15 total I am done for the week. Thought I felt better, and 10 minutes into my run, bonk! A flight back to the mainland, rest on Sat, and hopefully all better for Sunday! Keep running, walking and crawling! :)

Ack! Being in Hawaii, I totally forgot to log my miles from last week, but I did have 17 running miles and 10 walking miles, as I have been walking everywhere while here! As for this week: 9/2 6 miles running, 2 miles walking = 8 total 9/3 1 mile walking = 9 total Not sure how much I will get as now I have a nasty cold. :(

I have used, and am again using the Hal Higdon Half Marathon phone app. It's very good and so easy to use. I like having the schedule all done for me so I don't even have to think about it. I've used it for 3 halves and just started it again for another. I never get tired of it. Good luck!

He was 19 and I had just turned 19. We've been married 27 years! Still young enough to enjoy being empty nesters! And I still loving every minute of being married to my best friend! :)

I've done their 3 day shakeology cleanse and I loved it. I was able to eat though.

At the end of the day when I am short, I will eat a tablespoon or two of peanut butter, almond butter, or whatever you like. If I need more than that, I'l have a banana with it. Always fills me up and is not a lot of food.

lol That is pretty funny. But since he's a personal trainer, I'm sure he's heard and seen it all! :)
