Hi! Iv'e only been using MFP for about a week. The support and motivation from others is great! Add Me! Sitting down and actually entering all the food I eat in a day is probably the best things I have done for myself. But I am still a beginner and want to hear other peoples' efforts to see what is similar to mine.

I am having the same issue. My intake of calories every day is way under what MFP is telling me it should be. Have you noticed any difference in weight loss or muscle building with drinking protein shakes? I have asked around but no one has really given me an answer as how the shakes have helped/hurt them.

Ha. Thanks for a direction to look. My protein intake is low and with the weight training I am doing I am concerned it is all for nothing!

Hey, Our goals are very similar. I am 5 foot 5 and wanting to get my weight to 135 or lower! One thing I started last week was using my treadmill in the morning before work. Hello! I'm 26 and have been on this weight loss journey for some time now. I started at 180 in 2012, and now I'm at 140-145. I began by walking on a treadmill before and after work. Now I'm waking up early to to walk 30 mins, then I use my Wii Fit for about 45 mins after work, almost every day. I really need to motivation…
