Hi all.
Finally started using this app as I should be.
I have a few friends on here but would love some more to see on my news feed!

I'm 28 and live in Wales UK. Mother to 2 gorgeous little boys (7,4)
I'm a portrait artist for a living mostly drawing kids and pets. Also a bit of a closet geek/petrol head

    My name is El, new to this and have tried it all. I wish you good luck on your jorney so far today i had 1 scambled Egg for breakfast, celery and almond butter for a snack, Tilapia with steamed Broccoli and cauliflower with 2 sweet potato wedges for lunch and a bag of almonds for snack between lunch and dinner. Being honest im hungry right now but i have to wait for dinner. How is it going for you?

    I'm 26 and have been on this weight loss journey for some time now.

    I started at 180 in 2012, and now I'm at 140-145.

    I began by walking on a treadmill before and after work.

    Now I'm waking up early to to walk 30 mins, then I use my Wii Fit for about 45 mins after work, almost every day.

    I really need to motivation to keep going, and am unsure about what my goal weight should be. In the beginning I just wanted to be healthier, but now I am really trying to loose the extra weight to look more toned.

    Just hearing about accomplishments of others makes me happy!
