Good luck. It will take a lot if determination and possibly keto. That is the only way I have really dropped fat that fast. ....and put it all back on 6 months later :'(

I'd say, only do what is sustainable. If you can't eat that way for the rest of your life, then don't do it. All your effort will be for nothing and the weight will come back. I listen to "Half Size Me" on Podcast and I find it full of very sound advice.

Doesn’t matter. @Luciicul We are here now. Aussies seem to be rather slack on this site. I seem to have more USA friends. I lost 9kgs and put back 4. Trying very hard to get 20kgs off. I think MFP is the best weight loss app.

Logged accurately yesterday but did eat after dinner. I was so hungry I couldn’t sleep. It happens sometimes and I have a sugar free hot chocolate, Didn’t plan meals until now. Today. Log everything Walk dogs for 45 min + Plan meals Be in the green zone on MFP and Fitbit o:)
