I'm also 5'1". My goal is to be 120, but I'm trying not to focus on the number on the scale, only progress photos.

This was me when I first started haha. I ended up losing more weight eating more calories

Thanks for everybody's suggestions! For the past few months I've been eating 1600 calories a day. Someone recommended that I eat my macros at 40/40/20, but I don't eat a lot of meat so I rarely make it there. I've been using my time off to reevaluate my diet and I think a lot of it has to do with the holidays and end of…

I live in NC. Born in Massachusetts. I lived in Charlotte for a couple of years and I now live in Greensboro. Feel free to send me a friend request

I know exactly how you feel. I'm 21 and in college, so drinking is a large part of my social life. It really sucks not being able to drink with my friends sometimes. I'm also broke so it's really hard to find cheap, healthy options

I'm 5'1" - started at 143 and managed to get down to 133 only to gain about 5 back. Currently working on getting back on track, but I really liked putting the pictures side by side and noticing an obvious difference. My goal is to make it down to 115, possibly 110 by august ideally (that's when I'm taking a trip to Costa…

I grew up there and am planning to move back once I'm out of college. Grew up in Westfield but will likely be moving to Boston. Feel free to add me.

I'm in college, so I definitely know the feeling of being on a tight schedule. For exercise - I walk to campus for class instead of driving (it's only a 10-15 min walk for me). Also, I'm way too busy to go to the gym during the week, so I go on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and have 30 minute workouts for each day. Also,…

Basically the same thing has happened to me - I've watched my weight increase slowly over the past few years, and I also know how hard it can be to maintain a healthy lifestyle while in school. Feel free to add me. Junior in college here.

Hey guys - feel free to add me. 21 years old, 5' 1". Started out as 143 and I've lost 7 lbs so far. Goal weight right now is 120, but that may change to 110 - 115 once I get there.

It's okay to splurge a little bit. For example, there's usually one day during mine where my macros are more off then usual, but I'm within my calorie goal. Also, I have a pretty big sweet tooth so I've been buying mio to put in my water and it's actually helping

It only affects the scale around the time of your period. For me, I usually see a slight gain or my weight will stay the same that week despite my efforts. But, once it's over I usually see a pretty satisfying drop.

Hello! My name is Katie and I'm currently in college trying to lose 20 - 30 pounds I've put on over the last few years. Feel free to add me :)

Thank you! Definitely some things to try. Luckily, I'm a slow drinker, which works in my favor

Try eating a serving of greek yogurt at breakfast. 1 cup has 130 calories and 20+ grams of protein, and there's a lot of things you can do to make it taste good. There's a really long thread on here with loads of ideas on how to spice it up, so you wouldn't exactly be eating the same thing every morning.

I'm using a different running program that involves intervals. I'm trying to train for a 5k so the app I'm using is specific to that. If you're competitive then you might like it! I think it's called 0-5k or something along those lines.
