Getting over a plateau?
I'm slowly working on getting over a plateau. How can I prevent that from happening in the future? I read somewhere that eating 1000 calories over your goal for one day every week helps. Is that a myth or does that actually help?

When I'm not using c25k I like doing other interval workouts on the treadmill or elliptical. Is there an app that lets you plug in your intervals, speed, and incline and then tells you when to speed up or slow down? Thanks in advance

How to make plain coffee taste better?
I'm a college student, and lately I've been having longer days on campus, which can get pretty tiring, meaning that I always end up having to stop at Starbucks. I don't like a lot of the lower calorie options (such as regular coffee), so I usually end up getting something higher in calories like a frappuccino or a white…

Low calorie/low sugar alcoholic beverages?
I'm a college student, and the majority of my friends drink a lot of beer and white wine, both of which have a lot of unwanted calories. Calorie Deficits
I'm 21, 5'1", and currently on a 1200 calorie plan. I've been sticking to it pretty well, and I try to go to the gym every other day at least, if not every day.
