Not losing weight?

I just joined this website, but I've been trying to lose weight for a couple of weeks now. I've lost 2 pounds, but my weight has stayed exactly same for the past week when I've been eating really healthy and exercising regularly. Any ideas as to why? I know it's not exactly that easy, but I was seeing gradual weight loss and then all of a sudden it's been at a standstill.

    Weight loss takes longer than two weeks. Give it 2 months and then reevaluate.
  • Continue what you are doing, but make sure that you are at a caloric deficit and you will do fine.
