Trying to eat more protein?

I'm a college student, and I'm on campus basically all day, so lately I've been bringing snacks with me. While I've managed to stay within my calorie goals doing this, my macros have been way off. Do you know of any high protein snacks that I can just grab and go? Preferably things that are found at the average grocery store (like food lion).

I recently bought a whey isolate protein powder at Walmart--a bit over 20 bucks for a huge 2 pound container. You can mix it in anything--water, milk, yogurt, whatever. 130 calories for 30 mg of protein. You can adjust how much you use according to what you need. The one I bought is Body Fortress Whey Isolate in Vanilla Creme.
It would be simple tor prepare in a go cup or container to take with you.0 -
