  • Hi all, thought i'd check in as ive not posted for a while, well its been a bad weekend for me, well in all honesty its been a bad 4/5 days, i've been really bad with food and ive been drinking full fat coke and not excercising, also ive not been logging properly (hangs head in shame) i've never fell off the wagon before…
  • Wow... thats fantastic, well done..x 4tolose- the 30 day shred is basically 3 different workouts which you are ment to do for 10 days each so 30 days in total, you do a short warm up then do 3 circutis of 3minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio and 1 minute abs then a cool down, the actual excercise part of it is about 20 mins…
  • I love the 30 day shred, on my first round of it i lost 8lb and dropped a dress size, i also do a lot of Jillian's other dvd's, they are great for working out at home..

  • Wow, its great to see so many netmum's on here :happy: Well today is a non excercise day for me, i normally do 30 mins circuit training and 20 mins walk but i normally take 2 day's off each week and todays one of them, on a day that i dont excercise i try to be really carefull with calories and keep it as close to my 1350…

  • Hi Zoe, Ive done one round of 30DS already and have lost a stone in the last 2 months, i too have another 2 stone to loose, i still do 30DS regularly but have moved on to the No more trouble zones dvd which is so much harder than 30DS.   • Thank you, that was really informative, yes it does get sore but only when excercising and imediatly after excercise. I think i'm stretching enough and i can touch my toes without bending my knees. I think i'm going to see my doctor about it, don't want it getting worse. Thanks.
  • Thank you all for your replies. My knee never used to click hence being concerned when it suddenly started clicking, it sounds normal though so i think i'll just persevere and see how it goes, guess i'll just have one clicky knee for the rest of my life :wink:
