By restrictive, I just mean the 1,200 calorie setting on MFP. I run around 3-4 miles a day with a long run (6-7 miles) once a week, so I usually end up eating more than 1,200 total. I will use MFP and then feel deprived or something I guess, and then just go hog wild on my entire pantry.

Oops, forgot to add, I had a meal plan for when I needed to gain weight, and then for one to maintain, but I don't have one for when to lose. I will email my nutritionist about that. :)

I had around 1.5 years of therapy and treatment, but I am far from perfect. My therapy was for when I couldn't eat enough, and had a pretty nice body, and that doesn't apply to eating too much and having a pretty crappy body.

You should probably find a way to up them, just in case. :)

Wow, those pictures added weirdly..

Marinara is best in my opinion, and Rao's brand is my absolute favorite! :)

Your diet choices look very healthy(and delish!), but it looks like you are eating a lot of simple sugars in your fruits, which cause a spike in blood sugar and cause you to feel even hungrier later. Like a few others have said, more proteins in place of fruits would help you to feel fuller. I've noticed two things that…

Just curious, how much do you weigh and how tall are you? I would like to know when I should be expecting the stomach-V.... :)
-
What is a reverse pull-up? :)
-
I'll do it! I weigh myself several times a day sometimes so this is probably a good idea.... :)
-
OOOOOO, especially if you freeze them!! :D
-
Oh. So like 15-16 percent then?

[/quote] First, a long post is much more comfortable for others to read if you break it up into paragraphs. If you'd like assistance, please try to make it as easy as possible for others to assist you. Second, I'm not sure what you mean by "very low body fat" as, for women, that could potentially be dangerous. The female…

I'm 18 too! :D 5'4", 131ish, trying to get strong sorta like a superhero haha, and my heaviest was 5'1" and 155-160 pounds. What are your goals (as ladystarr asked)? :)
-
Mine is to see the 120's. Then to see abs. ;)
-
Oh! Forgot to mention, I also tried on a pair of underwear that was too small this summer today, and it was too big! :D
-
I think I'm going to sign up for a half in late November/early December! That way, I can try to get myself up to 15ish miles
-
Have you tried pairing running up with other exercises? That really worked for me
-
I am 5'4, and I just hit it about a month ago for the first time since 4th grade! I haven't lost much since then, but it feels nice to bed normal. Congratulations on your achievement!
-
I just tried slowing my run down today.... 12.4km!!! That's a 2km improvement in 1 day! I'm about to scarf down a ton of food and go to bed!
-
Ohhhh I love the steam buns there too!! My favorite are the red bean buns! :)
-
Congratulations! Ultramarathons are my goal too! I was just wondering, how did you work up to it, and was there anything that really helped with the training? I just ran my first 10k this weekend(during one of my regular runs) and I can't imagine running 100km....
-
I actually am not sure what I maintain on, because I'm still losing weight, but I was wondering if someone could give me an estimate because I'm going to be switching over to maintaining soon, and I would like a head start..... :) 18 5'4" 137, but goal weight is 125-120ish Swimming 4 days, running 2 ???

Thank you all for the help and have an easy fast and a good Yom Kippur! :)
-
Yup! Yom Kippur it is! Btw, there are many spellings because it is transliterated from Hebrew, so no spelling is wrong. :)
-
That's what made me consider calisthenics :)
-
Yeah, that sounds pretty ridiculous when you think about it... I'll set my deficit to 1/2 a pound :)
-
Whoa, I have DEFINENTLY not been eating enough protein... 0_0
-
About a month, give or take a week
-
I haven't been weight training, but I was thinking about trying calisthenics(body-weight exercises). How much protein do you think I need?
