Nutritional values

Hi I'm new to forums and myfitnesspal. I am wondering if we are meant to meet the levels of nutrients in our reports. I'm concerned because my calcium and iron levels are way below the red line - is this OK or should I try to find a way to up them???

You should probably find a way to up them, just in case.0

They may not be accurate (and in fact are likely to not be).
Anything in the database with an * in front of it has been added by another MFP user. Very, very often they will put in the calories, carbs, protein, fat and sodium but not enter the other things like calcium, potassium, iron etc (often because it won't be included on the label). So it simply won't count it when you add the item to your diary.
I don't trust MFP for those nutrients, simply because of this. If you're genuinely concerned about those levels, have them tested.0
