They probably have more on there very active days.. Like on Friday when I went hiking I hit nearly 3000 calories on my day's when I have been working on the yard mucking out 6 stables plus yard jobs then off to the gym afterwards over 2000 up to 2500 if I am less active in the day will be more or less at maintenance 18300 -
