Birthday goals are great 👍🏻 However, I would suggest adding in weight training. Building more muscle=burning more calories at rest. Proven to help sustain weight loss efforts and avoid plateaus 😊 feel free to add me as a friend if you like. I’d love to cheer you on to your goal.

DS is 6 months old and I have struggled so far to lose any of the pregnancy/some prepregnancy weight. This app helped me stay focused and on track a couple of years ago and I lost 40lbs. Hello, I am a SAHM of a 6 month old who is EBF. I also care for an 8 month old and a 1 year old. i definitely agree that u shouldnt use it if it burns. i dont have super pale skin and i tan fairly easily but my skin is sensitive. alot of naturally pale skin types are hyper sensitive. if ur looking for a sunless tanner that wont burn or sting when u apply it u might try looking for something more natural at a tanning…

i agree with the suggestion about the bracelet! If you're keeping your hands busy with something other than snacking u ll be less likely to snack. Im a hairstylist so i usually dont have this issue but during down time i ll try to clean anything and everything around the salon to avoid going to the back room and nibbling.

i love this idea!!!! 25 weeks is a great time period to set a goal in especially wen its centered around a big event like a movie premiere!!!! I cant decide whose team i m on edward and jacob both have very attractive qualities that i look for in a man and i kind of have the perfect blend of both of them....anyway im in!

well the best stress reliever for me after trying to quit the comfort eating is a workout that exhausts me. something that gets ur heart rate up and gets u sweating! something that afterward u feel super tired but very accomplished Good luck with your interview im sure u ll be great!!
