hey all. I would greatly appreciate any support and motivation especially from other moms on the same journey. I lost about 40lbs in 2012, maintained until June or so 2013 and then I got pregnant so now I am about 10lbs over where I started the first time. My little guy is 6 months old and EBF. I stay at home with him and also care for a 1 year old and 8 month old. I have 2 major struggles when it comes to losing the weight. Energy and being hungry. The 3 little ones so close in ages are mentally exhausting so even when I find a spare minute to work out I often feel too tired to do it. Plus I am hungry all the time it seems which I think has a lot to do with breastfeeding. Anyways, restarting an old journey with a new perspective and trying to stay positive, motivated, and on track. Thanks in advance for tips or encouragement and best wishes to all of you on your own journeys.

Our stories are very similar! I lost over 50 pounds in 2013, maintained and then got pregnant. I actually found out I was pregnant at the Disney Marathon Weekend! I struggled to breastfeed my first, and it seemed the weight came off super easy. Now, my almost 4 month old if EBF and I consider losing a pound a week a victory. I also struggle with finding time to work out. I am consistently hitting the gym 3-4 days a week for an hour. And I completely understand constantly being hungry! haha.
