  • I did the videos in college and lost inches everywhere. Not a ton of weight loss (only about 5 pounds), but I felt great! Good luck!
  • OMG this is SOSOOOOO my same problem. I really do try to go before I run in the morning. I agree with consistency of diet and lots of water - that has helped me stay regular and go first thing in the morning. Good luck! But don't feel too bad if you have to stop to go to the restroom. Who cares! Time isn't everything. When…
  • I think it depends on your weight and heart rate. I am 145 pounds, 5'5" and according to my HRM - day 1 fit test: 191 calories. I don't think it's necessarily high, just depends on the person.
  • It is my experience that 16 oz is a bit much on my stomach. I drink half a bottle or less each day - also saves me the cost of drinking a full 16 ounce bottle. I stopped getting any stomach pains with the smaller amounts. :)

  • I agree that being sponsored by a drug company is a little odd...particularly for Type 2 Diabetes...and especially for a cook... ...however...I love Paula Deen as a product. And I think that's exactly why she is doing what she is doing. She makes money off of the type of cook she is: high fat, high sugar, high dairy…
  • I have asthma and try to avoid dairy. I supplement milk (calcium) with a daily multivitamin and dark chocolate almond milk. It's SOOO good.
  • Agree 100% she looked amazing in that outfit!!! Really shows how well she's been doing!
  • Wow. I can't believe some of the responses you got on this post. First - no one else knows exactly what kind of party it is because we can't derive that from just a one sentence description. Are these folks your friends? If so, it wouldn't matter. Second - it's ironic to me that we are all on this site because we have…
  • A little excess is okay, but if you're exercising a lot and not replacing those calories, you won't lose weight, instead your body will store up fat rather than burning it. Sometimes I run anywhere up to 200 under, but I try to hit around the mark they give me. Try lean protein or something like nuts or berries to fill the…
  • To change your diary so that you can see protein, sugar and sodium, go to settings, diary and you can change it there. Also, it will be easier for others to motivate and give feedback if you make your diary public. Actually, women need less protein than you might think. I suggest cutting sugar, sodium and increasing fresh…
  • I love Luna bars because they are made specifically for women. And they're super tasty.
  • After looking at the diary, I really agree with some other posts about fruits and vegetables, and less fast food. Even if the fast food fits in the calories requirement, it still won't be helping you shed any weight because it's high in sodium, carbohydrates, and less on the nutrients side of calorie content. I suggest…
  • YAYYYYY Awesome job!!
  • Don't give up! Maybe increasing the number of days you work out from 2-3 to 5-6 days with one day off... I'm not sure though, I just friended you, it's good to help each other stay motivated. You can do it!
  • OH, forgot to mention, in the longer run, it's totally acceptable to insert one minute walk sessions if you can't make the double distance at the pace you set.
  • Since you are so close to meeting your goal, you just need to keep at it to have that confidence to do it in the alloted time. (I ran a half marathon last year and run on almost a daily basis) My suggestions for faster times: 1. If you have to run off the treadmill for the test, I would suggest getting outside and timing…
  • THANKS EVERYONE!!! YAYAYAYYY ! I already love it here. Best, Erin
