You have to remember - if you are not eating a deficet you wont lose weight. If you are not eating on a deficet and are lifting you will gain muscle. Muscle is 3x heavier then fat.

lots of these pills have issues relating to thyroids etc... because they are meant to unbalance your bodys natural heat production/cooling - making your body hotters makes you burn calories (apparently) but overheating etc is a side affect (not saying this is fact just things i have read)

What happened with me was that untill I could progress I hated it. I started not being able to run a mile March 2014. September 2014 I ran a half marathon just over 2 hours. I started appreciating it, same now with my bike. I love riding my bike.

^^ You can only really benefit from HIIT if you have a standard of fitness. otherwise you cannot push your self as hard.

Yes Running is awesome for fatburn... Switch it up though. DO some HIIT Running and some Distance.

Steroids are seen just the same as many of the drugs in the market. Some people like them, use them to achieve there goals - its what works for them. How ever, I think alot of people frown upon Steroid use. It's a shortcut with MANY side affects and problems.

^ :smile: What you should be doing is heavy lifting - as heavy as you can anyway. Heavy lifting is the answer to everything. Find a routine on one of the many body building websites (Not saying you want to body build) but any beginner Heavy lifting routine is good.

WOOOHOOO - Congrats!!!!! This is Normal! I can go with 2 weeks to a month of a fluctuation between gaining and stalling, then BOOM 6pounds gone!! keep It going!

I think its like 30minutes of sex (Does that exist? haha) = 90 calorie burn. But I guess its all down to intensity, difficulty of posistion etc etc.... all variable.

Yes - but then I am adding extra calories to burn off! I know I need to eat back what I use but I do that with monster meals - I guess sacrificing meal size for a snack before might be ok.
