My weight has increased by 2 pounds. I am eating close to 2500 calories per day and I burn a good bit through exercise, as I exercise often and sometimes twice a day. I use a fitbit and so far I have found it to be very accurate. Thoughts?

No, I have not ever really thought about this, maybe in only terms of a day, but I think that sounds like a GREAT idea. Sometimes I just take a hot bath, do a face mask, workout before-hand, and eat well and I feel often relaxed and jumpstarted :)

Great!! Thank you for the advice, so what I did is this: I originally had my fitbit on and my HRM. I just got home and was able to log everything correctly. I logged on to fitbit and saw that I burned 185 calories during that time which was incorrect based of my HRM. So then, I logged on to MFP, entered the exact time and…

They have actually done studies that shows that when you do weight training before cardio your cardio expenditure does not decrease, but when done opposite, your body is more fatigued and less likely to lift as heavy of weights, etc. :)
