I usually see good ideas in magazines or google a meat to build a meal around for lean meals. You can find good stuff on the web

Do not focus on any of that exercise bonus calories stuff. Stay with coming in under your food goals and you will do well with the program. It's a good tool and you will see results. Also, the cardio piece is suspect and cut the totals in half to play it safe. Good Luck

Make sure you are drinking enough water throughout the day ..

Track and stay active . Logging my food intake has opened me eyes up on how much I use to eat. Stay strong and track everything and you will see the pounds fall off.
