Your fitbit sounds well out! I walk minimum of 20000 a day and only burn off 500 calories. It may need calibrating :)

Been there and done that and NO THEY DO NOT WORK! You have to eat healthily and avoid alcohol so if you were to do that anyway you'd lose weight. Complete waste of time there is no miracle cure/ quick fix just hard bloody work & determination!

They actually have their own website and everything is made with Splenda rather sugar (artificial sweetener) Not sure how they taste but check out their website and you can check the ingredients for yourself!!!

Try fat free yogurt frozen like an ice lolly or frozen sparkling water lollies. If you prefer sweet then freeze some fat free jelly on lolly sticks ....delicious!!!!:happy:

depending on what fitbit you have you need to calibrate it under your settings eg measure your walking stride. I only found out as it was counting every bump in the car :( Now it's fantastic - also give it a week to settle down and calibrate to your routine & movements & now its very accurate!!!
