Hi I had a TAH December 14. It took me 3 months to recover and to be released from the Dr. When I went back to workout I still only did very minimal. Take your time and slowly you will get there. Im on week 8 of DDP Yoga and Ilove it. I do it 5 days out of the week usually and look forward to it. I have noticed a big difference in my flexibilty and have lost inches as well.

I follow p90x and the shoulders and arms is my favorite workout on there. I have very defined shoulders and arms. You will look great after 6 weeks!! good luck.

Oh I love superpump!!! I think it gives me the extra little push I need. I have tried others but I always go back to super pump. Did you try out with just one scoop only?

No shoulder presses are a great workout! I do those once a week with my weight training.
