I am now down to 325, 4 pounds down! I lowered my calories today to what the doctor wants me to have max, and I think that if I can get my pounds lost up to 2 a week I can lose an additional 34 pounds by the week I am going on vacation in August! And Great news! We got our membership to the Y back! It is time to pump my workouts UP!0

Down to 172.5 huzzah! Not expecting much this coming week - working the night shift this week for the first time in months and it's throwing me off my workouts and eating. Still being cautious but still....0

count me in I have to loose 25 pounds more after loosing those 40 that you are challing us to do by August 13 but I am in!!! How do I keep you posted on how I am doing? So far since I join MFP I have lost 4 lbs, I am right now 185.7 and my goal is to eventualy go down to 120 witch is the weight I should have acording to my height. So I am ready to do this!!! Whooo I am really excited!!!0

I would love to lose 40lbs by August so count me in. I'm new to this site so I'm just starting to learn it. I've lost over 70lbs in last year but in last 6 months have gained 20lbs back. Maybe this will help me get back on track.0

Yes!... I could not believe it on the scale. I use the old school balance type in the gym. I had to keep sliding that down... and down. Felt great! 243!0 -
